• To secure your court hire, bookings must be paid for in full ahead of time
• Sports Parc cannot hold courts or places on courts without payment
• Any cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the booking start time will not be able to receive a partial or full refund. Instead, Sports Parc will offer you a full value credit to use for your next booking, or will move your booking to another agreed time.
• We take all care to ensure you receive the correct court and time but there are instances where errors may cause double bookings or the wrong court to be booked, in this rare occurrence we will do our best to accommodate your group.

Competitions

• Teams will observe and obey the rules & regulations for their chosen sport. 
• The referee/umpires calls are final and binding. 
• Abusive behaviour or language towards staff, other players, officials will not be tolerated. Centre staff reserve the authority to remove a team from the competition and/or ban them from the centre. 
• Unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated, this is a community based sports centre and we pride ourselves on fun for everyone. 
• Teams that do not provide adequate notice (24 hours) that they are forfeiting a match will be required to pay the game fees due for that match. This is to ensure all teams and officials get a fair go. 
• Failure to provide notice, and not showing up for a match may result in the removal of team from the season. 
• Registration fees are due before the first match. 

• Warning – When engaging in sports activities and sports competitions accidents can happen which may result in injury or death.
  I declare that I have voluntarily read and understood this warning, exclusion of liability, and the release and indemnity. I accept and assume the risk of injury from participating in sports activities and competitions, including indoor cricket, indoor soccer, tennis, indoor netball, indoor beach volleyball, indoor touch football, indoor hockey, basketball, floorball, kinder gym, gymnastics and participating in any other activity carried on by Sports Parc or its sports professionals.
   
  Exclusion of Liability – To the extent permitted by law, Sports Parc exclude any liability to the user in contract, tort, statute (including the Australian Consumer Law) or in any other way for any injury, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, any liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage), sustained by you and/or any other person, or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by you, arising from or in connection with your agreement to use the facilities, the services and/or products provided by Sports Parc, and/or any act or omission of Sports Parc or any of its staff. I agree that in consideration of being allowed to participate in sports activities and competitions at Sports Parc that Sports Parc, and its directors, professional staff, employees, agents or contractors are absolved from all liability however arising from any injury or damage however caused (whether fatal or otherwise) due to any act or negligence to the fullest extent permissible by law (other than gross negligence), breach of duty, default and / or omission on the part of Sports Parc.
   
  Release and Indemnity – In consideration of Sports Parc providing with me use of the facilities at Sports Parc, which entitles me to engage in sports activities, programs and competitions at Sports Parc, I:

  1. Release and forever discharge Sports Parc and its staff from all actions, suits, claims, demands, losses, damages, fines, costs, and expenses however arising that I may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with my involvement in sports activities and competitions at Sports Parc.
  2. Indemnify Sports Parc to the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law in respect of any actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs and expenses, arising as a result of or in connection with my involvement in sports activities and competitions of Sports Parc whether caused or contributed to, directly or indirectly, by any act or negligence (other than gross negligence), breach of duty, default and / or omission on the part of Sports Parc to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  3. Understand that during my attendance to Sports Parc, and or related activities, I may be photographed or filmed. I agree to allow my photograph, video or film likeness be used for any legitimate business purpose by Sports Parc, the sponsors and or assigns.

  Fitness to Participate – I declare that I am medically and physically fit and free from impairments and able to participate in the sports activities and competitions. I have undertaken or will undertake all necessary medical and / or fitness assessments and examinations
